Do I need to have an account on the ICF15 website?
Please note that you need to be registered on this site and have an active user account to access the form.
How much are the registration fees and what do they cover?
The registration fee includes:
- Welcome Reception
- Beverages at two coffee breaks per day
- Lunch each day
- Conference banquet ticket (additional tickets will be available for an additional fee)
The early registration fee is $1250 for regular attendees and $400 for students and post doctoral fellows. After March 31, 2023 these fees will increase to $1450 for regular attendees and $450 for students and post doctoral fellows. We are using cvent.com’s platform to manage the payment process. You will need to enter your personal information again because we have to handle registration separate from the abstracts (some people will attend but not present). Is there financial support for students and post-docs to attend?

How do I book a room at the Omni Hotel?
A block of rooms and a special conference rate have been arranged for ICF15 attendees. Please be sure to let the Omni Hotel staff know that you are attending ICF15 if you prefer to make your reservation by calling and speaking to a representative.
